How We Select Our Language Tutors

While we are eager to recruit tutors for all languages and in all geographical areas, we maintain very strict selection criteria in order to protect our high standards. For a start, tutors should have a proficient grasp of the language, both in terms of conversational and written usage. This should be backed up by formal qualifications. In addition, factors such as teaching ability and general attitude carry significant weight in our estimation of tutoring potential. But the biggest factor we consider is whether a candidate is serious about being a role model, a mentor and an encourager in the lives of our pupils.
