Each learner is unique, and I personalize each tutoring experience by understanding the learner's objectives, challenges and personal learning style. This allows for exercising patience, and better use of my knowledge of the content to assist the learner in building their confidence, enhancing their approach to each problem and subject, and offering encouragement and support.

• I am always encouraged by every eureka moment from a learner. Over the years I have had a number of proud moments when learners who seem overwhelmed at the start call or send a message of appreciation when they meet their objectives - from moving from a fail to a pass, to achieving good scores.
