Nicolene is so kind and understanding. She doesn’t get angry when I ask her to repeat something if I don’t understand it the first time around. When it comes to corrections, she allows me to go over the question again before giving me the answer. I truly appreciate that about her. I can honestly say that I’ve learned more Nicolene than I have in school.

The help and focus Nicolene has given Rebecca has definitely helped Rebecca gain more confidence. Nicolene is focused and ensures she explains the work correctly to Rebecca and re-explains if there is still a miss understanding. I like the approach to keeping focus on past papers to ensure the knowledge is retained and identify where there are challenges.

she makes me feel like I have potential to be good at math and I don't feel dumb when she's teaching me, I feel like I'm learning. shes patient and understanding and has really helped me find a different perspective on learning math and approaching problems as if they are challenges, not road blocks.
