Bio
I'm interested in how education can change the world which is why I'm a part of a movement that educates young people. I'm a BCom PPE second year student who's passionate about South Africa.
I have taught English as a second language to 10/11 year old students and again months later to students between the ages of 14 and 18 at a different school. I have been a Youth Counsellor for 4 years and continue to teach and lead every weekend and for 3 weeks each year at a youth camp. I'm passionate about developing young leaders through education and that passion will improve my tutoring.

• Being elected twice for a year each time to the National Executive of the Organisation I work for
• Playing rugby for the Lions President XV in the St. Johns Easter Rugby Festival in 2012
Subjects
- School Tutoring
English
I did English Home Language in high school and I obtained 78%. Since then I have used those skills at University to study Politics, Philosophy and Economics. I am a reader of poetry particularly Elliot and Yeats.
Mathematics
I received a high mark in Matric, completed maths paper 3 as well with a mark of 85 (so I am able to deal with the new syllabus). I completed Computational Maths and Statistics at university. I am also good at explaining ideas by breaking them down.
Physical Science
Science is the most important subject for understanding the physical world. It's an interesting subject that needs to be taught with passion. I believe I can do that as well as being able to break down the concepts which need to be understood.
History
I gained further and deeper knowledge of History through my university subjects. I love learning and teaching History.
