I am a hardworking person, very passionate about Mathematics and Science related subjects. I am a 4th year Medical student (possibly to be a neurosurgeon).
I would be great at helping others because I myself am hardworking and would motivate other people to work hard as well. I am also good at grasping concepts and explaining them to other people. For this reason I assisted my classmates with their schoolwork. I am able to be assertive and to take a leadership stand, skills which were improved by my role as prefect at school.

• I won two National Mathematics Olympiads in two consecutive years. I passed my O Level examinations with 12 distinctions and my A Level examinations with 4 distinctions. I got accepted to study at Wits Medical School.
I am very passionate about Maths. I had A*s in both Maths and Further Maths in my Cambridge A Levels, and was top in Zimbabwe. I also won Mathematics Olympiad Nationally, including the Old Mutual Mathematics Olympiad in my A Level years.
I started studied the subject on my own in my O Levels/IGCSEs and I got a distinction.
I like Chemistry and had an A* in my Cambridge A Level Chemistry and was top in Zimbabwe. I did Chem in my first year of Medical School and had a distinction.
Life Sciences (Biology)
I had an A* and was top in Zimbabwe for my Cambridge A Level Biology. I also did the subject in my first year of Med School and got a distinction.
I studied Further Maths on my own and got an A* and was top in Zimbabwe in my Cambridge A Level Further Mathematics. I can also tutor International Baccalaureate (IB) HL Maths as I have been helping my brother with this.
I got an A* and was top in Zimbabwe in my Cambridge A Level Chemistry. Also got high distinctions in Physics and Chemistry in my first year of Med School.
I got a distinction of my O Levels/IGCSEs Accounts.
I had a distinction for my Geography O Levels/IGCSEs.
I had a distinction for my English O Levels/IGCSEs first language.
I had a distinction for my History O Levels/IGCSEs.
Shona is my first language and I will be able to tutor it at beginner and intermediate levels.
English is my main communication language. I am able to teach it at beginner, intermediate and advanced level.
I believe language is best learnt through conversation. I believe the same applies for English.
I did Chemistry as one of my subjects for first year Med School and had a high distinction. I also had an A* and was top in Zimbabwe in my Cambridge A Level Chemistry, which is not very different from first year level Chemistry I noticed.
Physics was one of my best subjects in first year and I got a distinction for the subject.
I did Biology in my first year of Med School and got a distinction. I also did Bio in my Cambridge A Levels for which I got an A* and was top in Zimbabwe.
I did Psychology in my first year of Med School and got a distinction for it.
I did Anatomy in my second year of Med School and got a distinction.
I did Physiology in my second year of Med School and got a distinction.
NBT - National Benchmark Test
I got high marks for my NBTs, in the Proficient Upper range, high enough marks to get me a place into Medical School.
I am currently a 4th year Medical student at Wits Medical School. I have distinctions in all my medical school courses so far.
