Physical Science

I loved physical science in high school and still work with it in my day-to-day research. Because of this, I have a deeper understanding than just school-level physical science and can convey it in an easy and fun way to understand it, for anyone.

Driven by my passion for mathematics, I dedicated my spare time to self-study, achieving distinction in the IEB mathematics course alongside my NSC. My ability to simplify complex concepts ensures an enjoyable learning experience, fueling my desire to teach this subject.

I love pure and applied mathematics, which led me to acquire a math undergrad and honours degree with distinction in it. I have tutored multiple times before in various math topics and even oversaw the entire tutoring for some math courses. I also work with it every day and will continue to do so.

Computer science

I have 6 years of experience in computer science, in all areas, achieving my degrees in it with distinctions. I love programming, especially in my work in scientific computing and I would enjoy teaching others to enjoy it as well. Plus, I have plenty of experience in tutoring it as well.

Computer Programming

With a profound grasp of programming honed over 6 years, I'm passionate about imparting this invaluable skill. My diverse experience equips me to guide others through the marvels of programming, fostering their journey into its captivating realm.

Python

Python is my primary language in my research, and I am highly fluent at programming and teaching it. I am confident that I can use my expertise and teaching skills to teach anyone to code!

Artificial Intelligence

I am involved with and highly passionate about the topic of AI. I can use my expertise and knowledge to educate others on the young and broad topic of AI and machine learning.

Applied Mathematics

During my master's, I specialised in mathematical statistics, both in theory and application. I developed, instructed, and implemented advanced mathematical statistical concepts, contributing to both theoretical understanding and practical applications in various contexts.

Statistics

In my master's, I utilised statistics extensively throughout my thesis and my project. I have submitted my master's and am waiting for the result (hence N/A result). However, I can easily convey the nuance and mathematical side behind statistics at any level.

Applied Statistics

During my master's program, I gained expertise in both theoretical and practical aspects of statistics. My proficiency extends beyond STEM fields, enabling me to effectively teach statistical concepts to students across various academic disciplines.

Java

My experience is with computer science as a whole and can assist in multiple languages, including Java. Several modules I have taken were written in Java and I have also taught other students how to use the language. Overall, I can assist with any Java-related needs.

C++

I have an expansive overall knowledge of computer science and different programming languages, including C/C++. I can assist with the nuances of the low-level language and how to program using it. I have used C++ in comparison tests in programming in my master's.
