Bio
I’m currently a student entering my final year of Occupational Therapy at UCT. I have always had a passion for helping others, and I hope to explore further through tutoring.
I believe that I have particular strengths around patience, compassion and a deep passion for the subjects I would like to tutor. These skills are vital to my degree choice, but are also traits that I hold in high regard and that I always strive towards.
Education
• 2015 - Matriculated
• 2016 - Completed a year of BSc in Physics and Genetics at UCT
• 2017 - Present: BSc OT, currently completing my Honours year
• 2019: Began tutoring matric maths/physics/chemistry
My Proudest
Achievements
• Climbing Mount Kilimanjaro (A personal achievement that helped to challenge me personally and mentally)
• Getting accepted for OT (it allowed me to fulfill a lifelong passion of being able to help others, particularly from more impoverished communities)

Mathematics
I have a particular love for the subject, and have studied mathematics courses further at a university level. I also have experience tutoring mathematics at a matric level for students from top IEB and WCED schools.
Life Sciences (Biology)
I matriculated in the top 1% of IEB students for biology, and many of my university courses have helped to bolster my knowledge in the subject (e.g. Anatomy, cell biology). I also completed my One Research Task in the subject with top results (94%).
Physical Science IEB
I matriculated in the top 1% of IEB students. I was also top in my school for the subject, and studied both physics and chemistry further in university. I have a particular love for the subject, and have tutored many matric students for the subject.
