Mercantile Law

During 2015 I obtained experience in the field Law of Contracts, specific contracts and consumer protection. I absolutely adore the principles, case law and the application of legislation and rules to the facts.

Arts & Culture

During grade 10 to 12 I had Visual Arts as a subject & it was entrenched with history and the learning of skills. This included various mediums such as watercolor, acrylic etc.

Life Sciences (Biology)

Life Sciences entails a wide variety of interesting topics. I enjoyed the subject too much & would love to teach it.

Mathematics

I completed Mathematics Higher Grade in High School. I can easily explain complex situations in a practical manner. I am familiar with trigonometry, algebra etc.

Afrikaans

Afrikaans is my home language. I obtained a distinction in Grade 12 for Afrikaans. I was also part of the University of Pretoria´s Afrikaans debating team. I love reading and writing Afrikaans.

English

I was an English teacher in China for several months. I had First Additional Language as a school subject and obtained an average of 88 in Grade 12. I also had English Home Language and Literature during my first year of University.

Chinese

I have lived in China for several months where I had the opportunity to learn and practice Mandarin Chinese. Mandarin Chinese is a tonal language and thus practical experience in China was necessary.

Public Speaking

I participated in Public Speaking from Grade 8 to 12 and won various school awards. I also do Moot Court at University Level and train first and second year University students. I am also part of The University of Pretoria Debating Society.
