Bio

I am a seasoned classroom trainer who has a full command of the English language. I love people and I love to see them grow in many ways, educationally, spiritually and emotionally.

I grew up in the Hospitality industry and have since worked in many different industries, gathering a lot of experience along the way. I understand people from a spiritual context as well as an emotional one. I am patient and understanding of people foibles and demands.

• Design and publication of a series of food safety training aids – “The Pocket Guide Series…”
• Concept, creation and design of further training aids, courses and games on all aspects of Food Hygiene from Basic Food Hygiene to Quality Initiatives such as HACCP, ISO 9000 and TQM
