Bio
I am a motivated and confident young lady. Although a farm girl at heart, I have been mesmerised by the city lights and the opportunities with which I have been faced.
My energetic and optimistic personality would allow me to be a great tutor as I will keep my students engaged in the subject matter whilst encouraging them to embrace the challenges with which they are faced. Being the Head Girl of Durban Girls' College allowed me to develop leadership skills which would be of value in such a position.

• Making the IEB Elite List for achieving in the top 5% nationally for 5 subjects and the top 1% nationally for 1 subject in the IEB Matric Examination
• Being the Head Girl of Durban Girls' College in 2013 - this year of service to the school taught me invaluable lessons!

Mathematics IEB experience
I achieved 93% for Maths in Matric. I understand that the teaching of Mathematics needs to constantly be reevaluated in order for progressive and effective teaching techniques to develop.
Physical Science
I enjoy the Scientific world and I am able to easily grasp concepts. I am able to see the importance of knowledge in Physical Science, particularly if a learner is to be studying it further at a tertiary level.
Afrikaans
I can speak Afrikaans fluently. At school, I took Afrikaans as a First Additional Language (IEB) and received both the oral and written Afrikaans prizes in Grade 12 whilst obtaining 89% for my final Matric IEB exam.
