I am a fun-loving, hard working and people-loving person. I am always positive, and I prefer to focus on solutions rather than problems, I love to help others see the brighter side of things.
I am a Medical Student for the sole purpose of helping others. I am very passionate about empowering people, and often work with a community program which focuses on job-skill development and tutoring of the youth in underprivileged communities. I feel that one of the greatest things children need in order to learn is connection and encouragement, and this is something often lacking at school.

• Receiving Honors at school for having full colors in all areas (Academic, Cultural, and Sport).
• Being Prefect, Head of Choir, Head of Drama, and Head of Equestrian at school.

Mathematics
I struggled enormously with Maths at school. I then went all the way back to the basics and taught myself to excel in that way. I believe that I am very capable of helping others to do the same.
English
I have always had a love for languages, and do very well in them. I hope to share a love for language with those struggling, in order to help them learn it better.
Afrikaans
I come from an Afrikaans family and have always been able to speak Afrikaans well. I helped many classmates in high school to get through Afrikaans, and I feel I am well equipped to help many others with this too.
Life Sciences (Biology)
I thoroughly enjoyed Biology at school, so much so that I am now studying Medicine. I think I have a large knowledge of Biology, and will be able to help anyone struggling with this subject.
Physical Science
I feel that Physics and Chemistry are incredibly important to understand if one wants to do well in them. Having done these at university level too I feel I am well able to teach these subjects easily.
Accounting
Accounting was a subject I loved at school, much because of the teacher I had. I would love to help others in the way she helped me.
