I am an individual who is passionate about helping others better their performance. I am a business owner and educator who is determined to succeed and help as many people as I can along the way.
I have experience in the field of psychology and I am currently a Registered Psychometrist with the Health Professions Council of South Africa. I am empathetic, patient, and a great listener! I love facing new challenges as I believe that this is the most effective way to grow and evolve as a person. I practice mindfulness and gratitude daily, which allows me to be present in each moment.
