Bio
I am driven and focused. I enjoy making jokes and making people feel comfortable.
I am very patient and not afraid of criticism. I can adjust learning techniques if I can tell someone is not quite grasping the concept. I also go out of my way to reward good performance and encourage people to the best of my ability. I know what it is like to sit and grapple with a question or concept for ages but this provides me with insight about how to crack the mental block.
Education
• 2002 - 2011: Grade 0 to Grade 6(midway) at Shaw Park Primary School.
• 2011 - 2017: Grade 6(midway) to Grade 12 at Kingswood College.
• 2018 - : Studying Actuarial Science at the University of Cape Town.

Achievements
• I received a full scholarship in grade 6 and that scholarship has continued to sponsor me even now into Matric. This has lifted a huge financial burden off of my parents and for that I am very proud. I matriculated with 6 distinctions and I also was elected as captain of my netball team for 3 years.
Subjects
- School Tutoring
Mathematics
I enjoy maths and the difficulty it brings. I am currently studying Actuarial Science which requires me to study Mathematics 1000w at UCT. I have an aptitude for explaining certain topics in a way which is different and usually more helpful.
Xhosa
In high school, a lot of my peers were not Xhosa speaking and so, I spent time teaching them grammar, diction, poetry and going through literacy. I also find that making people understand and appreciate my home language very rewarding.
Life Sciences (Biology)
I absolutely enjoyed Life Science at school and although many found it difficult, I found it very intriguing. From my experience it is a learn subject which requires a substantial amount of understanding of topics. I have helped many my peers.
Accounting
This subject requires business sense, Math and practice. I have found that it helped using silly acronyms to remember important concepts and to teach others those concepts. Even at university level, I still use those acronyms now.
