I am an enthusiastic and driven person who loves to help others through tutoring. I spend my free time reading, learning new languages and baking!
I know what it feels like to be discouraged when the marks are not a reflection of the student's efforts so I am determined to help students boost their confidence and their marks by breaking down a new concept into smaller pieces - which makes it easier for the student to process and understand and it ensures that the student is not parrot learning.

Mathematics
I enjoyed maths in high school and I am able to explain the concepts in a simpler manner for easy understanding. I also took a maths course in my first year of university which composed of calculus and algebra. In second year, I obtained a distinction for my statistics course.
Life Sciences (Biology)
I have always found biology to be the most fascinating subject and I am currently studying a BSc Biological Sciences so this subject has definitely stuck with me! Additionally, I have obtained A's for most of my university biology courses so I believe I will be able to help you improve your marks!
English
English can be quite tricky but once you know what to look out for, it’ll be a smooth ride! I also took Advanced Programme English in high school which have enhanced my essay writing skills.
Life Orientation
Life Orientation may seem like an easy subject to get an A in which catches many students off guard as they won’t be bothered to study. I will run through the material with the student to ensure they understand the content to help them achieve a distinction.
