Many people find French hard, but it is just a normal language. All languages are difficult, but it is upon learning them with the proper technique that people find how easy they are. Moreover, French is my homeland language and I speak it fluently.
My father is French and as such i have a background in the language. I also possess a DELF B1 (International Certificate of Competence), and my Matric result was the second best in the Western Cape. I do French at a university level as well (at UCT).
I did French for Matric and received a distinction for it. I have also studied it at university and am currently at a DELF B2 level.
I am a passionate reader and French was among one of the subjects I appreciated. I studied French from kindergarten until grade 12. I posses the fundamental skills to tackle grammar, comprehension, linguistics and essay-writing on worldwide issues.
I have studied French since I was in Grade 1, and I am confident I can help others achieve the levels they wish to achieve. Knowing there are limited French matriculants in South Africa willing to tutor, I think my knowledge could be put to good use.
I excelled in French as a second additional language throughout high school, and I am currently studying French at a third year level at UCT. Having spent a year in France, I am particularly skilled at oral communication in French.
I studied my primary, high school and university in a French-speaking country.
I speak French fluently because I am originally from and grew up in a French-speaking country. It is my second language. I have a French Baccalauréat (Matric equivalent).
Having learnt it for four years I grew a passion for it and I would love to encourage others to see the beauty in the language especially while still in high school.
