I am a very organised person who strives for a balanced lifestyle, allowing for academic excellence and a healthy social life. My interpersonal skills allow me to be successful in all that I do.
Since finishing high school, I have been very involved with the United Nations in various different teaching programmes. These include, teaching English, public speaking and Model United Nations Debating. I think it very important to me to empower the youth through education. I am an admitted attorney as well as an ESL teacher. I recently spent 6 months in Vietnam teaching English.

English
I completed A levels English through Cambridge as well as debating and public speaking. I majored in English at University. In 2022 I spent 6 months in Vietnam teaching English as I am a qualified TEFL teacher with level 5. I thoroughly enjoy working with young people and empowering them to learn.
Afrikaans
I really enjoyed Afrikaans as a school subject. Many students move to Cape Town from other provinces where the level of Afrikaans is not as high as in Cape Town and I feel that I can help bridge this gap.
Mathematics
I have tutored primary school mathematics and this is an important subject to grasp a good foundation as mathematics gets substantially more difficult as a student progresses to high school.

Throughout my high school career, I ran the debating at school and further partook in many public speaking workshops. I was also head of the Public Relations portfolio at school. At university, I still engage in public speaking workshops and events.
