I am someone who loves puzzles almost as much as he does about talking about them.
I've found I have a stubborn unwillingness to give up on students who are struggling with a particular piece of work - no matter how hard or complex things may seem, there's always another way to explain it better.

Mathematics
Mathematics has always been part of my work in one way or another. Though my current research work leans more towards programming and phenomenological modelling, mathematics still has a comfortable home in my day-to-day.
Life Sciences (Biology)
Biology is one of the 'softer' sciences, but what it might lack in complexity it makes up for in volume. I've found efficiently summarizing and becoming familiar with the material works best when it comes to doing well on tests and exams.
Chemistry
Chemistry is not always the easiest subject, but it is easy to get the hang of once the core concepts have been grasped.
Physics
I passed matric and first-year physics with distinction.
