I am a Chemical Engineering graduate pursuing my Master's degree in catalysis. I have over five years of private tutoring experience and I know how to help students crack maths and science.
I believe the only way to boost your marks is through guided practice. By rote learning the theory, and then maximizing time spent on questions and past papers, anyone can do well in maths and science. The tutor's role is to identify gaps in the learner's understanding, and create custom methods or explanations to fill those gaps- I have five years' experience private tutoring.

Physical Science
Science was the subject that I struggled most with. Through working through past papers, I was able to slowly pick up my marks, achieving a high distinction by the end of Matric. Through this process, I know how to help students in similar positions.
Life Sciences (Biology)
I am deeply passionate about Biology. I believe I can inspire students to develop the same passion. I have a thorough grasp of how it is best taught, studied and tested in the NSC syllabus.
Mathematics
When studying Mathematics in school, I systematically divided the subject into a list of skills required/question types and created step-by-step methods to reaching solutions. This turns Maths into a "studying subject" for students who struggle.
