I am a fifth year medical student at University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg. I enjoy working with kids, and am also passionate about helping older students to achieve their academic goals!
After being put under huge amounts of pressure in Year 12 to achieve to get into my degree of choice (medicine), I feel as though I have what it takes to help others to achieve the same. My passion for seeing others reach their potential resulted in me tutoring friends throughout high school, particularly in maths. I do believe my patient and serving nature helps me to help others.
• 2016 - present: Medical Student at University of the Witwatersrand (MBBCh) Currently in fifth year - 2020
• Acceptance into medical school is definitely one of my proudest achievements.
• Probably as important to me are sporting achievements. I am really proud of my sub 1hr45m half marathon, as well as various other achievements in badminton.
Mathematics
Since primary school I have thoroughly enjoyed maths. It started out with countless maths olympiads in primary school, and resulted in me receiving the maths prize in Year 12. I would be absolutely thrilled to share this passion with you.
Physical Science
Physical Science was always one of my better subjects at school, one which requires the constant determination that I'd be really happy to help you find!
Life Sciences (Biology)
My passion for this wonderful subject is evident by my choice to study medicine. As a medical student, I am absolutely taken aback by the incredible vastness and complexity of life and would be more than willing to help you ace those bio exams!
