English is my first language, and I've always excelled in it. I enjoy everything about it, especially literature, and I believe that it is a subject that one can learn to love. It is so valuable to have an attractive English mark, and I know that with the right help every child can achieve that.

History

History has always been a topic that I could discuss for hours on end without getting bored. It is so fascinating to me, and I see it as a story. Because of my love for it, I have always naturally excelled in it and cannot wait to help others do the same!

Mathematics

Maths has always interested me because it feels more practical than other subjects. I know how to use interesting methods to make the theories more understandable and enjoyable.

Afrikaans

I was raised in a home with an Afrikaans mother who only spoke Afrikaans to her children, so it is safe to say I'm very comfortable with the language, especially academically. I look forward to successfully helping students improve their Afrikaans marks!

Mathematics Literacy

Mathematical Literacy is an extremely practical and useful subject. I know how to confidently break down seemingly difficult concepts and sums in such a way that students find it easy to understand, and I truly believe that every student has the capability to do well in this subject.

Economic Management Science (EMS)

I completed a bookkeeping module as part of my Higher Certificate in Business Management. Because of my own struggles with EMS at school, that I was able to overcome at a tertiary level, I believe that I am well equipped to break down seemingly difficult concepts into easy to understand segments.

Accounting

As someone who struggled with accounting in school, and was able to achieve distinctions on a tertiary level, I am confident that I can break down concepts so that they are easily understood and remembered.
