Mathematics

I am proficient in Mathematics as I have completed it at a First year University level so I have obtained a deeper understanding of High School Mathematics and I have additional university resources available to me.

Geography

I have an extensive grasp of geography having enjoyed it at school and then furthering this knowledge to a third year university level.

Drama

I obtained the highest mark in my school for Dramatic arts theory and practical so I have a lot to offer in terms of studying the literature as well as performing.

English

English is my favourite school subject and now that I have completed a university degree I have a broader knowledge of the language especially in terms of writing. I am familiar with various Shakespearean plays and set books as I am an avid reader.

Chemistry

I enjoy Chemistry and have additional experience in the theoretical components as well as the laboratory components having obtained distinctions in Chemistry courses at a first year university level.

Afrikaans

I have knowledge of Afrikaans as a first additional language and this is constantly stimulated as I am currently studying at the University of Pretoria.

Life Orientation

I have complete knowledge of Life Orientation and I would enjoy helping a student with it.

Mathematics

I am knowledgeable in Calculus and non-Calculus components of first year university mathematics as it was a prerequisite for my BSc. Degree.

Zoology

Zoology is my passion and one of my majoring subjects in my completed BSc. In addition to theoretical knowledge, I have experience in practical aspects such as data collection and laboratory work. I can also assist with research and academic writing.

Computer science

I have a well-rounded knowledge of computer science having thoroughly studied Excel and PowerPoint at a university level. I was also introduced to Databases (MS Access) and Programming as well as Computers in business.

I enjoy Chemistry and have experience in the theoretical components as well as the laboratory components for organic and inorganic chemistry.

Biology

I have experience with theoretical and practical components of first year biology. I can assist with research and guidance in writing reports.

Statistics

I have tutored Statistics 101 at Rhodes University and I have a practical knowledge as well having used statistics in my own research projects and papers that were a major part of my BSc degree.
