Bright and enthusiastic, I am a recent UCT Psychology Honours Graduate with experience in tutoring. I approach tutoring with empathy and creativity, always giving my tutlings the best of me.
With excellent interpersonal and communication skills, I thrive on helping others to achieve their full potential. Having been a university tutor for the past year, I know how hard online learning can be, and so put extra effort into ensuring the wellbeing of my tutlings, both academically and personally. I am excellent with school going children too, and have experience with homework support.

Being one of my favourite subjects, I have a creative and enthusiastic approach to teaching English. My speciality is helping learners to understand English literature and improving essay writing. However, I have an excellent command of the language and grammar side as well.
History
I achieved the top mark in Gauteng for history in 2014. I have a deep understanding of the syllabus, and am passionate about helping others to appreciate and understand it. My speciality is teaching essay writing and how to ace history exams!
Afrikaans
Having an English background, I worked hard to achieve well in Afrikaans. This gives me a thorough understanding of the building blocks of language and grammar and how to help other non-Afrikaans speakers learn a first-additional language.
Mathematics
I wasn't a natural at maths, but I built up my skills to achieve 90% in Matric. I know what it is to struggle with numbers, and so I have the understanding to help other learners who do to tackle maths successfully . I approach teaching maths with creativity and empathy, and a good amount of fun.
Art
I am passionate about the arts, and visual art in particular. Art isn't just about talent- with the right building blocks, anyone can capture life on paper. My speciality is printmaking, art history and visual analysis, and acing art history exams!
