Bio
I am a hard working and eager learner who is willing to take up any challenge is given to me. I am helpful by nature and enjoy helping others where I can, be it personally or professionally.
My patience & passion to help others, but also the fact that I completed my degree in Psychology and thereafter did Industrial Psychology (& Honours in IPS as well). It helped me to understand different types of individuals and taught me how to deal with different personalities. I was also afforded the opportunity to tutor second year IPS students which helped me develop techniques to teach others

• 1-I was promoted to a supervisor at the TFG call centre at the age of 19 whilst studying full time and working part time to fund my studies
• 2- Awarded the TFG future leaders Honours bursary
• 3- Seeing my interns at work grow and secure permanent placements

I am currently employed in the HR dept of TFG. Part of my job is to assist managers with their soft skills. I am also coaching one of our Internal Auditors on her soft skills as well as manage and support the intern programme within our division.

I am currently employed at TFG in the HR Generalist space and have experience in the above subjects ( results available on request). During my Honours year, I tutored second year IPS students as well which I believe will help me in tutoring others.
