Bio
I am an academically strong and knowledge-driven individual. I also have strong emotional intelligence due to my past and present leadership involvements, so I know how to communicate well.
I have been a university tutor since 2018. In 2015 while on my gap year, I would visit high schools in my city and offer inspirational talks and sessions to students, and it got me nominated for the Future Africa Leader's Award for social entrepreneurship. I also am a very patient and understanding person who loves to explain new things to people.

Achievements
• I taught myself piano!
• I once gathered a team of software developers to build an app startup (before I moved into Computer Science) and we built a working prototype.

Mathematics
I have strong skills in STEM subjects and studied Maths, Physics, and Chemistry for my A levels, obtaining distinctions in all of them. Furthermore, I spent the first 2 years of university studying Mechanical Engineering and was on the Dean Merit List.
Physics
I have a strong Physics background, putting me in the best position to tutor it. I studied it the subject up to Advanced Level in high school at a top school in Zimbabwe. I also studied Physics in my undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering at UCT.

I am a great Engineering Drawing tutor because firstly, I studied it for 4 years in high school and consistently got the best marks. Secondly, I excelled in it whilst at university and I went on to tutor it for 3 years.
Computer science
I am a Computer Science Honours graduate from UCT currently working in the industry, and hence have an excellent understanding of foundational concepts that entry-level students would struggle with. This makes me a great potential candidate to tutor and deliver the intended results.
