I am a very positive person and love working with the youth, as they are inquisitive and have high energy! I am a good communicator and structured in approach but believe learning must be fun.
I am a good listener, patient and always consider all views before making suggestions for a solution or decision. I research for information to assist in making informed decisions and facilitate participation from students to do the same. I practice empowerment and accountability in leadership, through meaningful participative teaching.
