I am passionate, creative and hardworking, characteristics that I believe are essential to teaching. I am a friendly person who strives to create a welcoming environment while helping those around me.
I have excellent management, communication and interpersonal skills which have been cultivated through my experiences in various leadership roles in school, university and sports. I have a passion for teaching which is evident in my experience teaching and coaching students of all ages. I strive for engaging, student centered, cooperative learning that places the student's needs at the forefront.

I completed my BA majoring in History, English and Classics at UCT. I graduated my PGCE with distinction, specializing in History and English. I am a passionate, friendly, qualified teacher with a rich content knowledge and skills base who has taught classes of Grade 8-12 and tutored privately.
English
I have always enjoyed and excelled at English since High School, achieving a Matric result of 85% and I would love to help other learners do the same! I have previous tutoring experience for Grades 8-12 and my students have achieved fantastic results.

My strong passion for teaching History and Geography, combined with my patience and experience, allows me to break down complex content into understandable knowledge delivered in the best way for each student while nurturing the necessary skills needed for this subject and future years.
