Bio
My name is Manale and I am a 6th-year Medical student at the University of Cape Town. I am an active, friendly person who has a passion for education and helping others.
I am an extremely patient and understanding person who feels great satisfaction when I can assist others. In terms of academics, I can easily find creative ways to explain various concepts and can appreciate healthy ways of learning. My teaching style is to maintain positive energy surrounding work to help someone understand a concept or achieve their academic goals.

Achievements
• I won the Junior Maths award at school (awarded to 1 student across 3 grades) because of my involvement in the Maths Olympiad Junior Gauteng Team in 2013. School Academic Honours and Sports Colours.
• Provincial water polo for 4 years.

Mathematics
I believe I have a natural inclination for Maths which, along with my enjoyment for the subject, made it a consistently well-performed subject during school. I made use of group study which allowed me to gain skills in informal teaching to my peers.
Zulu
I did this subject throughout my school career and enjoyed it very much. I understand the language well and have become very familiar with the IEB examining structure due to my school adopting a similar structure.
French
As a linguistic individual, I excelled throughout school with this subject. Particularly in the comprehension, grammar and spoken components of French. I believe I have valuable study guides to understand the language.
