I am an educator, economist, and environmentalist. I enjoy reading, hiking and running. I am passionate about learning, and the dissemination of knowledge to equip the future minds of today.
I aspire to be the best teacher I can be, as I know firsthand the impact a dedicated educator can have on the trajectory of one’s education and life after school. I aspire to make education easy and enjoyable for every student I encounter.

• I discovered that my research on climate change had an effect on the Economics curriculum at the university I went to.

I believe that a subject that encourages entrepreneurial ability, like business studies, is more important than ever today, given our high youth unemployment rate. I aim to instil in my students that same passion and dedication for this subject.
Economics
I have over four years of teaching experience. I have a master’s degree in economics and I specialized in pluralist economics. As a teacher, being able to make a difference in my students’ lives through instilling in them a passion for education is what I aim to achieve.

Environmental Economics
I specialised in environmental economics during both my Honours and Master's studies. I am deeply passionate about this subject as I am an avid climate change activist. I aim to make students aware and excited about this very crucial subject!
