I am an undergraduate university student with peer-tutoring experience. I love languages. Tutoring, to me, is about patiently working with people to help them realize that no content lacks interest or is too difficult for them to understand, regardless of age or any background.

Accounting

In my experience of peer-tutoring accounting, I have learnt that it a subject that is best enjoyable and understandable when a learner and a teacher interact freely and discuss concepts in simple terms. That is what I give to people I work with.

Mathematics

One of the biggest lessons Maths has to give is problem solving skills. To learn that, one must develop an understanding of the basics. A foundation is fundamental in order to solve every Math problem. That is what I teach people and help them realize how important and interesting Mathematics is.

Life Orientation

Life Orientation is a fundamental subject that contributes to how one conducts oneself, gains confidence, solves problems and is able to adapt to various environments. It is important and must be taught in such a way that the learner enjoys it and finds it easy to apply in real-life situations.

Physical Science

In Physical Sciences, not only knowing but also understanding concepts through understanding definitions, doing examples and practice questions is very important because exams test understanding and application. I work through all of that with my clients, regardless of the pace at which they learn.
