How much do Online Classes cost?
Online Classes cost R290 per month for 1 subject, or R495 per month for 2 subjects. Payment is handled automatically via PayFast, so you don't need to pay manually each month.
Is there a free trial available?
We don't offer free trial lessons, but we do have a 30-day money-back guarantee. If the classes aren't suitable for your child within the first 30 days, you can get a full refund.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

Joining Classes

How do I join the live classes?
On lesson days, you'll receive a Microsoft Teams link via WhatsApp at 4:30 PM. Laptop users can join via their browser, while phone or tablet users should use the Microsoft Teams app.
What if I miss a class?
All classes are recorded and available in your dashboard within 24 hours after the lesson ends. You'll also find teacher-prepared notes to help you catch up.
What do I need to join classes?
You need a stable internet connection and any device (phone, tablet, or laptop). Classes are held on Microsoft Teams, which you can access via the app or a web browser.
Can I choose different class times?
Classes run on fixed days and times with no alternative schedules available. However, since all classes are recorded, you can watch the recording if you can't attend live.

How do I sign up for Online Classes?
Visit our signup page and complete the enrolment form. You'll select your grade, subject(s), and set up your payment. Once enrolled, you'll receive all the information you need to join your first class.
Can I change subjects after signing up?
Yes, you can change subjects by cancelling your current subscription and re-subscribing with your new subject selection. Our support team can help ensure continuity during this process.
What's the difference between Maths and Maths (Advanced) classes?
For Mathematics, we offer Intermediate and Advanced classes. Advanced classes are for students achieving 60% or above. This ensures the pace and content matches your child's level.
