Five-lesson promise

The risk is ours, not yours.

Our 5-Lesson Peace of Mind Guarantee

We know how important the right tutor match is. If it doesn't feel right, we'll find your child another tutor and you won't pay for that lesson. If you're not satisfied with their progress after five lessons, we'll refund every cent you paid for them.

Read our full guarantee

The right tutor can make all the difference, not only to your child's results, but also to their confidence, understanding and ability to tackle their schoolwork independently. For you, that means the reassurance of knowing your child is supported, making progress and moving in the right direction. That's the transformation we want your child to experience, and we're prepared to stand behind it.

First, your child's tutor should feel like the right fit. If your child doesn't feel comfortable, understood and excited to continue after their lesson, simply tell us. We'll find them a better-matched tutor, and you won't pay a cent for that lesson.

Once your child has found the right match, give us five lessons to help them make meaningful progress. If, after those five lessons, you're not satisfied with the change you're seeing, let us know and we'll refund every cent you paid for them.

Our 97% customer success rate gives us the confidence to make this promise. But if your child is among the 3% who don't get the results you hoped for, we wouldn't feel right keeping your money.

No awkward conversations. No hoops to jump through. The risk is ours, not yours.

Questions parents ask

How much does a maths tutor cost?

Rates depend on the tutor's experience, the level being taught and how often you book; you'll see exact prices for matched tutors before committing to anything. There are no sign-up fees and no long contracts.

Can lessons be online?

Yes. Online maths lessons run on an interactive whiteboard with any tutor in the country, and often start sooner. In-person lessons are available in Cape Town, Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban and Centurion. Same vetting, same guarantee either way.

Do you help with matric maths?

Yes: matric is our biggest maths year. Tutors work Paper 1 and Paper 2 exam technique, past-paper drilling and trial-exam prep on the NSC or IEB curriculum.

Maths or maths literacy?

Both, and tutors help with the decision itself. It's usually made in Grade 10 and it shapes university options, so we match a tutor who can look at your child's marks and talk it through honestly.

How quickly can lessons start?

Usually within days. Tell us the grade, the goal and where you are, and we'll come back with a hand-picked match before anything is booked.
