“Language is the blood of the soul into which thoughts run and out of which they grow.” My passion for poetry, creative writing and literature has extended far beyond my high school career, it may be a challenge to some but those that are willing to grasp it soon understand the melody that it is.

In school, I was proficient at language, comprehension and poetry questions. I had an ability to highlight what the questions were asking for and believe that I can use these skills to consequently help your child identify key elements to answer these sorts of questions.

During high school I was enrolled in the International Baccalaureate HL English Diploma. I received the highest grade - 7 for this course. I have taught and tutored English as a second language to children who had immigrated into Canada.

I have taught the above subjects within grades 4-9 as a student teacher from 2016-2019. In addition to this, I have also tutored this subject to a Grade 4 learner during 2020. I am passionate about languages and English was one of my majors within my BEd degree.
