The short answer
A Grade 12 tutor gives your child one-to-one help in the subjects that decide their matric results and university admission, on the NSC or IEB curriculum, online or in person. Lessons target the gaps from earlier grades, work real past papers, and build a plan around the matric exam calendar.

The gaps compound in matric; January is the time to close them.
August trials show exactly which topics will cost marks in the finals.
Every subject percentage now converts to admission points.
Extra classes for Grade 12 run twenty kids deep after hours. That isn't one-to-one; a tutor works on YOUR child's gaps.

The matric calendar is fixed and public. That makes it the best planning tool a family has, if lessons start before it starts moving.

Five-lesson promise
The risk is ours, not yours.
We know how important the right tutor match is. If it doesn't feel right, we'll find your child another tutor and you won't pay for that lesson. If you're not satisfied with their progress after five lessons, we'll refund every cent you paid for them.
The right tutor can make all the difference, not only to your child's results, but also to their confidence, understanding and ability to tackle their schoolwork independently. For you, that means the reassurance of knowing your child is supported, making progress and moving in the right direction. That's the transformation we want your child to experience, and we're prepared to stand behind it.
First, your child's tutor should feel like the right fit. If your child doesn't feel comfortable, understood and excited to continue after their lesson, simply tell us. We'll find them a better-matched tutor, and you won't pay a cent for that lesson.
Once your child has found the right match, give us five lessons to help them make meaningful progress. If, after those five lessons, you're not satisfied with the change you're seeing, let us know and we'll refund every cent you paid for them.
Our 97% customer success rate gives us the confidence to make this promise. But if your child is among the 3% who don't get the results you hoped for, we wouldn't feel right keeping your money.
No awkward conversations. No hoops to jump through. The risk is ours, not yours.
Rates depend on the tutor's experience and lesson frequency; you'll see exact prices for matched tutors before committing. There are no sign-up fees and no long contracts.
Yes. Tutors are matched to your child's curriculum and use its past papers and mark schemes.
Both. In person in Cape Town, Johannesburg, Pretoria and Durban, and online everywhere in South Africa. Many families combine the two.
No. Trials results are the best targeting data of the year: a focused block between trials and finals concentrates on exactly the topics that dropped marks.
One-to-one instead of a full classroom: the tutor teaches at your child's pace, on your child's gaps, at times that suit your family. That's the difference that moves marks.
