I love learning: from pharmacology (my current degree) to chess to cycling. Learning is a skill all on its own and I would like to show students that it is something they can master.
I believe that the accumulation of knowledge is only truly beneficial when that knowledge is shared. I am passionate about sharing with others- to give more than I take -and sharing what I have learnt over the years is invaluable to me. Looking back, I know what would have helped me at school was someone who felt the same way as I do now. That awareness and drive help me help others.

My proudest achievements
- 1. Being one of five students accepted for my honours degree.
- 2. Making a permanent change to my diet to manage my weight and my health.
- I value these the most because they seemed impossible - but I did them. And so can everyone else.

Grade 1 - Grade 12 NSCI am a Clinical Pharmacology honours student having completed an undergraduate degree in Biochemistry and Genetics. I love biology and have experience presenting biological concepts to people unfamiliar with the field. I hope to use this experience to help students come to love biology themselves.
Natural Science
Grade 1 - Grade 9 NSCI work as a student microbiologist at Groote Schuur hospital. I can provide the content students need, while contextualizing science as more than facts in a textbook in order to help them understand and excel at Natural Science.
Chemistry
Grade 1 - Grade 12 NSCChemistry underpins the work I do on a daily basis, meaning I am closely familiar with the high school chemistry syllabus. I can show students why chemistry is important and explain concepts in a practical and relevant way.
