Bio
I am a patient, empathetic and driven individual who sets high expectations for myself. I gain much satisfaction from helping others.
It is likely my ability to listen to others and determine how their minds may work. I like to use a variety of techniques in order to help others understand and practice whether it be visually, making metaphors and anecdotes, assigning homework or testing students. I really enjoy giving students previous papers and writing up my own notes which students can use.

Achievements
• - Class medal in 2016 for coming first in my second year engineering maths course.
• - Receiving 2 scholarships from UCT for my studies each valued at R20 000.
• - 91% aggregate in matric including 98% for accounting and 97% for maths

Mathematics
Mathematics is definitely one of my strengths in terms of performance and teaching. I tutored a fellow matric student in 2014 who went from 50's to 88%. I tutored a student throughout last year (grade 10) and another the previous year (grade 12).
Additional Mathematics
I have done multiple maths courses at UCT that have taken simple AP Maths concepts and expanded and perfected them. I study Mechatronics and received a class medal in 2016 for one of my maths courses.
Accounting
I came 9th in the province for Accounting in matric and I then went on to study accounting for a year at UCT before I switched degrees.
Physical Science
Engineering has challenged all the Physics school concepts and expanded my knowledge and thought processes with regards to Physics. I have completed 3 Physics courses at UCT successfully.
