I am an elderly outstanding teacher and tutor with knowledge to share. As a mother I have lots of patience as well as love for people; children is truly my passion.
As Head of Humanities part of my responsibilities were to train and assist teachers. I believe to lead by example; to see a teacher excel and become an excellent teacher is rewarding.

Achievements
• Madjed refused to stay in class with a teacher that didn't have good class control; he was in year 2 & would escape to the Library, however, I managed to arrange that he wrote his exams in Library. Year 3 he was in my class, but a low achiever - at the end of the term 1 he got 90% for most subjects

Geography
Geography is the most interesting and entreating subject I know. Especially now that we experience the effect of Global Warming; to try to make a difference by teaching children to limit their Carbon footprints.
Art
As Head of Humanities in Qatar, Art was included; helping out when a teacher was absent inspired me to take up Art again. Art was my favored subject in school - it was my life!
English
Teaching in Qatar inspired me to help children to excel in all subjects when they are able to read well and understand their work. English was often their second or third language. I would like to help children with learning difficulties.
