I am an Electro-Mechanical Engineering student. I enjoy learning about the universe through Maths and Physics and I am keen to help others to do the same.
I feel that I am good at explaining concepts in a way that makes them simple to understand from a non-mathematical, intuitive point of view. I like to make sure that people see the reasons behind concepts and I love seeing the excitement in people when they understand a concept intuitively. I believe that everyone can find Maths and Physics exciting, just as much as what I do.

My proudest achievements
• I am very proud of my Matric results, and I obtained a 90% average for the NBT university entrance tests. I can think of a couple of hard hikes and expeditions that I'm quite proud to have finished and I played Soccer for the 1st 11 at school.

Grade 1 - Grade 12 IEBI really enjoyed maths at school and during my first 2 years of university. I feel I could really help learners to understand maths, and to even enjoy it. It is a great way to understand our universe.
Physical Science
Grade 1 - Grade 12 IEBI loved Physics at school. I know I will be able to help learners with understanding, as I have a great interest in physics beyond school level, and believe everyone can find something they really enjoy in the physics syllabus.
Additional Mathematics
Grade 1 - Grade 12 IEBAP Maths can be very hard but it can also be very rewarding, as It introduces concepts that become important at University. I believe I can show students how genuinely interesting these concepts can be.

First Year - Third Year MEC3033FThis course is very process-based. I achieved a great result in it because I have learned how to conceptualise what was physically happening in each step of the calculations. I know I can be a great help for others to do the same.
