Bio

I like to read, love the beach and spend my weekends baking or cooking. I adore the Harry Potter and Narnia series’. My tutoring style is laid back as I’m a firm believer that learning should be fun.

I am patient and kind. I came to teaching quite late but found that it's what I should have done with my life all along! I love teaching and seeing my students grow.

Reviews from others

It takes a lot to engage a 6 year old for a whole hour, especially over a laptop. Good job Elsie!

Alan

Elsie is very understanding in dealing with Andisa during the lessons. Andisa has improved her understanding of Afrikaans and we should try and speak Afrikaans for about 1 hour in a day, use Afrikaans in counting and pep up her confidence during the classes. I'm very much impressed with the progress made by Elsie
