Bio
I’m a Cape Town–based third-year BCom student with six distinctions and years of tutoring experience. I love helping learners truly understand their work and grow in both confidence and results.
I am academically strong, with six distinctions including Mathematics and Life Sciences, but I tutor from a student’s perspective, focusing on clarity, exam relevance and practical application rather than unnecessary theory. With experience across primary and high school levels since Grade 10, I adapt to each learner’s needs and know how to bridge common gaps in understanding.
Education
• 2023 – Matriculated with six distinctions
• 2024 – Admitted into BCom Accounting at UCT
• 2025 – Became a tutor with TeachMe2 & Mindshift Learning
• 2026 – Admitted into BCom Management Studies at UCT
My Proudest
Achievements
• I’m proud of being baptised, as my faith shapes my discipline and work ethic; gaining admission to UCT after years of striving toward it; and serving as Deputy Head Girl, which recognised my leadership, responsibility, and consistent effort.
Subjects
Mathematics
Grade 1 - Grade 12 IEB, NSCI excel at and enjoy teaching Mathematics at high school level. I’ve done well in school olympiads, placing 3rd provincially in Grade 7, and find it the easiest and most rewarding subject to tutor.
Life Sciences (Biology)
Grade 1 - Grade 12 IEB, NSCI enjoy teaching Life Sciences and find it rewarding. Having studied beyond high school, I better understand complex concepts, which makes it easier to explain them clearly and help learners tackle assessment questions with confidence.
