Bio
I am a caring and organised person, and I completed my undergrad degree at Stellenbosch University. My greatest passions in life are continuous learning and taking care of our beautiful world.
It brings me great joy to see people learning new skills and succeeding in life. I take pride in sharing my knowledge while at the same time learning something from the people I teach. I am an empathetic person and constantly want to see things from others' perspectives - life is dynamic and so seeing things differently is very important to me.

Achievements
• In 2017 I went to Madagascar on a forest conservation project - it changed my life and taught me that in order to grow you have to get out of your comfort zone
• I am a member of the Golden Key Society which is a recognition of my continuous hard work. I have recently completed my degree Cum Laude.

Geography
I have a passion for the environment and did very well in Geography at school, receiving 100% for my research project in Matric. I completed a BA Development and Environment at SU, Cum Laude. I have also done forest conservation in Madagascar.
English
English was one of my favourite subjects at school. I have a passion for reading and poetry, and often do creative writing of my own. My mother is a teacher and always encouraged me to express myself through words, and to immerse myself in books.
History
At school, History was a fascinating subject for me. I have a well-practised technique on essay writing which allowed me to achieve in the top 5% of IEB learners in the History subject.
Art History
Art and its history is very important to me because I loved understanding the meaning of why art is created - it is the very expression of the reality in which we live. At school I received the Matriculant prize for highest Art History mark in 2015.
Art
I received the Matric prize for Art and Design in my year. This is owing to my passion for the conceptualisation of unique ideas and meticulous detail in my practical artwork.
Design
I love conceptualising products and branding, and I am good with using a computer to create my ideas. I can also tutor theory which I have a great passion for.
Afrikaans
I received a distinction for Afrikaans in Matric, and I have lived in Stellenbosch - an Afrikaans-speaking university town - for 3 years and have a practical understanding of the language and grammar.
