I am a final year medical student at Stellenbosch, who would like to start helping others now in whatever capacity I can. I am friendly, driven, organised and excited to be a tutor once again!
I've always been inclined to help those I find around me. I was in a tutoring club in high school, A mentut (mentor/academic tutor) for 2 years in university and served on the house committee of my residence for 2 years (serving as the chairperson for one year). I am organized and goal-orientated and passionate about seeing other people succeed and watching hard work pay off. It's very rewarding.
• 2014-present- MB, ChB (Stellenbosch)
• Placing 8th in the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences at Stellenbosch University in my first year-2014.
• Being invited to join Golden Key International Honour Society in my second year-2015.
• Being elected as the head resident (Primaria) of my residence, Huis Francie van Zijl, in 2016.
Life Sciences (Biology)
I thoroughly enjoyed Biology at school and would gladly impart my knowledge to a learner struggling in this area. I have since entered a medical degree which has provided me with a deeper understanding of human biology in particular.
Mathematics
Maths was my favourite subject at school and I was also part of an extra-curricular maths tutoring club for 2 years in high-school.
