I am passionate, loyal, persistent, patient and understanding of the circumstances of every learner. Each person comes from a different background and is at different stages in their understanding of their schoolwork. I do not believe in simply catering for the cream of the crop but improving the academics of struggling/battling students. I love to see improvement - which drives me!

Mathematics
Grade 1 - Grade 12 NSCTutored grade 11 and 12's in 2018, 2019, and 2020. Tutored 3 matric's (prep for mock and final exams). It took place in a formal and private capacity. All three students experienced an increase in their mock exam results, with the greatest increase being a June mark of 68% to a mock mark of 78%.
Physical Science
Grade 1 - Grade 12 NSCTutored grade 10's and 11's and 12's (2017 and 2018). Took place in a voluntary capacity at a school in the Transkei. Part of a 2 week outreach program through my school. Learners gauged the material well and according to the headmaster, large amounts of students achieved an increase in their marks.
English
Grade 1 - Grade 12 NSCTutored grade 11 and 12's in 2018, 2019, and 2020. The same students who were tutored for Maths were tutored for English. 3 matric students (prep for mock and final exams). All experienced an increase in their mock exam results, with the greatest increase being 59% to a mock mark of 72%.

Life Sciences (Biology)
Grade 1 - Grade 12 NSCI have very good notes from Grade 11 and 12. Life Sciences is all about learning facts. I can help the learner to grasp the more difficult concepts and apply them in tests and exams. Various learning techniques will be used I.e. diagrams, mind-maps, and exercises.
Liam will travel up to 15km from Heathfield, Cape Town, Western Cape to you.

Liam has always encouraged Daniel even when Daniel was really battling. I can see that he is fully committed to the success of the children that he tutors. I am very happy with Liam's work. He has helped bring Daniel out of his shell and given him much needed confidence.
