Nicola has shown great enthusiasm when tutoring Alex & pays a lot attention to lesson prep. Working out where Alex is struggling & how to assist Alex to self correct in order to allow her to work independently when at school. Alex enjoys Nicola's lessons & is enthusiastic to do the work between lessons as set by Nicola. She has bonded well with her & very much looks forward to her lessons. Nicola communicates with me at the end of each lesson & advises me on concepts worked on & were we are headed with Alex, I too communicate with her any areas I pick up or are communicated to me by Alex's teacher. This helps us to jointly ensure that Alex is getting the right help at the right time. We are both (Alex & I ) very happy that Nicola is Alex's tutor!
