I knew from day one of meeting Nieke that William will develop the love for this language. Niekie is polite, down to earth and organised. I do wonder how will today's world be, if all the teachers were Niekes.

Patient, empathetic and kind. I genuinely enjoy time with youngsters. I am bilingual in Afrikaans and English.
From working in Children's Theatre extensively, teaching professionally at university level, as well as giving drama workshops to teenagers. I have heard people say that I have a gift with children and a gift for teaching. I understand the sensitivity, time and patience it takes for a child to trust you and to find what makes them tick when it comes to learning.

• Obtaining 2 Kanna awards for Best Newcomer as well as Groundbreaking work for a production I created around my grandmother's Alzheimer's.

Grade 1 - Grade 12I received an A in my Matric year after working very hard, since English was not my mother tongue originally. I especially feel passionate about literature, poetry and plays that were covered.
Afrikaans
Grade 1 - Grade 7Afrikaans is my mother tongue and at school it was a second language. I still received an A. Once again I loved the poetry and literature that were covered.
Drama
Grade 1 - Grade 12I was top in my Speech and Drama class getting full colors for Drama and lead to a career in the entertainment industry.
Art
Grade 1 - Grade 12I love Art and would gobble up art history. Before I went to do a BA Hons in Drama I wanted to do Fine Arts but alas could not combine the two. I also took Painting as an extra subject and also received an A.
