I am open-minded, intelligent, and skilled at reading and responding to people in a way that makes them feel seen and heard. I have a quiet confidence that underscores and makes me good at what I do.
Being somewhat of an introvert (an introverted-extrovert) makes me good at reading, responding to, and helping others. I have an open, honest, and friendly disposition that puts people at ease, allowing them to trust me almost immediately. I am also patient because I understand that people approach learning differently, which I account. I have successfully taught and held training sessions before.

English
English (language and literature) has always been and will always be one of the things about which I am most passionate and in which I am highly skilled. I majored in it at University (graduated with distinction) and have built my career around it.
Life Sciences (Biology)
Biology is one of the subjects I excelled most at in high school (passed with distinction). I have a natural aptitude for and enjoy the subject, and understand how best to explain and simply complex concepts to struggling students, if and as needed.
Computer Studies (ICT)
I have always had a natural aptitude for computers. This served me well in high school where I got a distinction in Computer Application Technology and my International Computers Driving License (ICDL) certificate, and in my computer-dependent job.

Public Speaking
An important part of being a good public speaker is being able to write a good speech. I excel at writing (distinctions in English in high school and varsity), and my academic and business careers have allowed me to hone my skills in public speaking.

I majored in both English Literature (with distinction) and English Language and Linguistics at Rhodes University. I am extremely well read, and well versed in all types of English Literature (poetry, prose, drama, fiction, nonfiction, and media).

I received academic half colours for English Literature (one of my majors) in university, as well as an upper second in English Language and Linguistics. Reading, writing, and research are necessary skills for my job, which I honed at university.
