I have a good sense of humor, I am patient and I enjoy helping others think critically and laterally.
The attribute that makes me great at helping others is my ability to empathize with their context and point of view. Once you place yourself in their shoes you can begin the process of understanding them. As a mutual understanding and respect develops the more experienced individual can assist the less experienced one. Most academic problems are attitudinal instead of technical.
