A personable and dedicated UCT student who believes relatable and personalized study methods are the quickest and surefire way of reaching any academic goal. It can be fun, I promise. :D
I have volunteered at multiple high schools tutoring grade 11 maths and physics and have a passion for teaching in any way I can. I was in high school not long ago and understand the pressures and challenges very well, I want to be able to afford someone a better (less stressful) experience than I had.

Grade 1 - Grade 11 IEBMathematics becomes much more accessible when students are exposed to different approaches to solving a problem. I aim to provide learners with fresh perspectives on challenging questions and strategies that have personally helped me improve my own performance and deepen my understanding.
English
Grade 1 - Grade 11 IEBI’m passionate about English. I have a strong interest in etymology, poetry, and literary analysis, which I incorporate into my teaching. My strategy involves breaking down texts and concepts into manageable sections, using examples and discussions to deepen understanding
Physical Science
Grade 1 - Grade 11 IEBIt's no secret that Physics is all about formulae, but this applies to question recognition and answering as well. I focus on showing learners identifiable patterns to make answering questions repetitive, easy and practicable.
Life Sciences (Biology)
Grade 1 - Grade 11 IEBA dense subject need not be a difficult one. I hope to support students in a lesson structure that best suits them and gets them to interact and engage with their work. This increases confidence in understanding and in turn, improves marks.
