I am a career musician and enjoy multiple different genres. As a result I have a passion for helping others understand the inner workings of the subject.
I have been a private tutor with the Bergvliet Music Center since 2011 and have also spent time with volunteer tutor groups in Mfuleni. I am a patient teacher and usually find it easy to build a rapport with my students.

I have completed a Bachelors Degree in Western Classical Music during which I focussed on composition and musicology. My last post was tutoring music theory for the University of Cape Town for a little over 2 years.
