I received the Mathematics prize in grade 8 at Rhenish Girls' High. I went on to receive a distinction in my final Matric examinations. Most recently I achieved a result of 99% for Mathematics (bio) at the University of Stellenbosch.

I'm naturally good with numbers. I will always try to reduce potential distractions and patient in my lessons. I did voluntary high school tutoring in 2015. I am passionate about education and empowering young minds.

Maths is something that I've always enjoyed in High School. I have been part of Golden Future project for the past 2 years where I have had the privilege of teaching children from Grade 8 up to 10 from underprivileged backgrounds.

I have always understood this subject and was able to achieve an 85%+ average since Grade 10. I have tutored this subject before at my school and achieved 88% for Maths during my 1st year at university.

I attended 3 Mathematics Olympiads at the University of Cape Town during my high school years, and also tutored two learners in the subject. I have learnt that once the core concepts are understood, it is easy to apply to any question.
