About Samiha

I have tutored Afrikaans throughout my schooling held the Head of Academics Prefect position in matric. I have also tutored friends and family and I currently volunteer as a tutor to High School students. Being someone who learnt Afrikaans as a FAL I believe I can successfully tutor FAL students.

I have always had a proficiency with Afrikaans as most of my family is Afrikaans and I took Huistaal for two years in high school. I am naturally a language-brained individual, and because of this, my teaching methods are creative, in-depth, and catered to each student.

I have good language and social skills. In high school, I was always top of my class in Afrikaans. I am currently in my second year of study, the degree I am completing is a BA in language and literary studies. I have Academic Afrikaans and Language Practice as modules as well.
